hi all! am new here and have been having a look thro different threads, i am goin to tell u a few things about myself- i am 26 years old and have 5 children - yes 5!!! i had my eldest when i was just 16 and my youngest is now 18 months. before i had my children my bra size was a 32b- which never bothered me at all, but now i dont even wear a bra just as there is no point whatsoever Sad all i have is big nipples and lose skin!! there is the slightest bit of breast tissue but not alot, i have gotten to the point that i dont even let my partner of 8 years see me topless as i just feel sooo embaressed and uncomfortable, and i live in big clothes all summer.
i think the whole point of this thread is that i would like some advice as to if or how i could grow??? although i honestly think im past that. cosmetic surgery isnt an option and i dont want "big boobs" i would just like to be able to wear a bra and feel comfortable around my partner again anything is better that nothing right? - feelin soo low right now Sad please any advice is welcome/considered x
If you really just want to be able to wear a bra, you might want to consider measuring yourself since finding your correct size would help with fit. ABraThatFits on Reddit is a very helpful place. Even if you don't want to post or anything, the information in the side bar should be enough to get you started.

Otherwise, most on here would suggest a noogleberry or some kind of pump and massage. The supplement programs are very individual, though.
sorry to hear about your deflation. while I didn't experience that BF'ding did take its toll on my nipples Sad

I had a quick squiz and while this link doesn't help you now the principles are the same, good healthy fats, look at your diet, definitely try the noogleberry or kangzhu pump, you might be one of those lucky ones who responds really well to pumping.

and while I don't like recommending herbs anymore unless its to someone whos older and will do their research to the risks and benefits, in your case id wonder if you'd respond well to goats rue given all your pregnancies, it wouldn't take long to tell if its going to work for you in therapeutic dosages and as to side effects of GR I researched to the ends of the earth and couldn't really see anything that would worry me too much as long as you take it in recommended dosages and don't mix it with other herbs of the same nature like fenugreek in case of blood sugar issues. then again maybe fenugreek in your case too. it seems to only be good for women.

of course the best advice is to always get your hormones checked first just to make sure theres no underlying issue and you taking the wrong herbs might compound matters.

all the best.
thanks for the replys!Smile i have been sat doing a lot of reading and research (between housework and school runs lol!!) over the last 3 weeks or so.

i am ringing the docs first thing in the morning to book an app to have my hormone levels checked, then hopefully i will have some idea of where to start with this long process lol! i will keep posting updates of how/what i am doin/using but i think i may start with the deer massage and maybe flaxseed oil?
i have also been looking into the noogleberry for some time now, i just never knew where to start!
i honestly dont think i have a bra size, i am actually that flat! i would b very very pleased if i could just get back to my nice perky 32b- even a 32a would b nice! like i said i dont want "big boobs" i would just like back some of what i have lost Sad and my confidence to go with it!!

i have a small build and am 5ft4" i weigh 7st12pounds, i may post some pics at some point if i can pluck up enough courage!!

so tomorrow i start the ball rolling Blush
Am pleased for you and glad you are getting hormones checked first.
And yes I think a great start is the massage and no ogle. Maybe circulation and suction will be enough to get you where you want to be. And of course a healthy diet Smile
I use flaxseed/ cacao butter or coconut oil for massage. But my circulation is BAD so massage doesn't do a lot for me.

If you didn't mind what are your under bust and around measurements? No worries if that's personal. I just found I was bigger than I initially thought having never measured myself before and I was wearing too small a bra which may have made things worse.
Bye for now.
yes no probs!! band is 28" and bust is 30" so there is a little something there!! it just feels like nothing now compared to before!!
my partner says he loves me and my body the way i am, i just feel so embarassed and i hate it so much and have lost a bit of weight due to depression, i dropped to 7st Sad, which i know hasnt helped my situation, but i am on the right tracks as i now have a healthy diet and and want this sooo bad i am sticking to my guns!! over the years i have looked into and researched nbe but just havnt had the time to committ due to little ones!

This calculator is bang on for me.
I hear you, depression recently had me loose a heap of weight including the d cup I managed to gain doing nbe for a year so that was gutting. I'm the same, I won't be naked in front of hubby if I can at all help it!
You will get there. Honestly I hope you get your hands on a beast pump. You can use the kangzu pump too which might work out cheaper.
