So i decided to start eating 3 tsp of flaxseeds daily, eating more calories (i'm under weight so i decided to be more in my apporiate weight range) eat more proteins and carbs and also take maca root pills. I have noticed that with in a seven days of doing this back to back (and lifting weights) my breasts has gotten fuller. Not bigger but fuller. They actually fill up my bra now because before it used to be slight spaces between my breasts and my bra. So my question is: what are the stages of NBE growth? my breasts are sore on and off and sometimes they itch to which indicates that it is growing/getting fuller. Also how long does each stage (from your expriences) last? For instance stage one your breats get fuller for a month and so on.
