I have tubular breast and I'm an A cup. So far I've tried fenugreek, BO and PM.

I am currently using the noogleberry pump but haven't had any success with any of these herbs. Maybe I wasn't taking them for long enough

what has everyone else had success with if you have tubular breasts?

Kinda had some. I had to take a break due to circumstance. But yes how much research have you done? Did you has a hormone panel?

But basically I would say you try and do some sort of detox before you start anything. Because you want to make should that your hormone receptors are in good shape so they can get the messages your trying to send.

I would suggest doing some research in liver function and hormones. I realized if your liver is not in the best of shape it's going to slow down your NBE journey.

I'll look into hormonal stuff. What techniques have you tried which has been successful to you?
