I knew there's a large amount of different hops, as chinook, galena, colombus and much others. How can I know wich one is better for a NBE routine?

Well the most potent part is hops is called 8-Prenylnaringenin,

8-Prenylnaringenin known as flavaprenin, (S)-8-dimethylallylnaringenin, hopein or 8-PN is a prenylflavonoid. It is the most estrogenic phytoestrogen known. Its effects are similar to, but weaker than estradiol.

Although I tried hops, and even hops tea (nasty lol) the expert on hops is Isabelle,
