Hi!
I've just found this forum and it's very interesting.

I was hoping to find some help for some frustrations I've
been having over the last few years.

I'm 40yo with 2 kids (last pregnancy in 2007).
I had high estrogen I think for a long time,
very long heavy periods and foggy thinking.
I was always small (5'1") but a tendency toward full and curvy.

Over the last few years I've developed fatigue and energy issues.
I am seeing a dr. who tested me and says very very low
testosterone and low thyroid, so I've got testosterone, thyroid
and DIM supplementation currently and labs now report solid normal levels. It helps my energy and immune
system. Libido is ok, currently. I do seem to have a bit of
hairfall/dry hair lately, but no major issues. Solid, healthy body
weight. I enjoy strength training (for health) and do a bit of cardio.

I really miss the full breast feeling I used to have. How do I explain...
over the last couple of years my breasts seem..."empty" and flat. Less sensitive and no cycling fullness. I miss that feminine feeling. This began before I started the testosterone supps. I am maybe a 34 B currently?
About 112 lbs. Lightish menstrual periods and 1-2 days of pms.
I have some melasma and back acne issues (started before the testosterone also and has
improved a bit since starting it).

I'm not sure where to start...I've been reading, but am a bit confused.
I was thinking fennel and fenugreek? Anything I should avoid?
Thank you!

I neglected to mention that some of my symptoms *may* have began
after having a Mirena Iud for a couple of years, which I did remove this past summer. I am not on any hormonal bc currently.
I've had the most success in regaining fullness using the noogleberry pump. Mine were very scooped out looking when I would raise my arms-like someone took a spoon and scooped out the tissue. That has filled in a lot and is much improved now.

I really don't use many herbs. I believe I tend towards estrogen dominance and I'm high risk for breast cancer. I do take vitex and iodine (kelp) more for breast health than breast growth, though. Iodine is also used for thyroid health so you should talk to your doctor before starting that. Maca seems to be good for filling out curves.
I decided that Fenugreek would be bad for me, being estrogen dominant. Same with a lot of the herbs people here use for breast growth. Just watch for which ones are estrogenic and avoid them.
Thank you! I appreciate your answer, it makes a lot of sense.
I was looking into maca.
I am currently on iodine for low thyroid.
The noogle is interesting. Is it much different from a
regular pump used by mothers?
