I'm 18.. I've been on depo (150 mg) for 7 months. It cleared up my acne SO much and it's stayed that way. With the exception of two teeny tiny pimples every once in a while. When I first started, it swelled my boobs, but it didn't do much.

I want to try BO or fenugreek to fill out my breast. I wear 38B, but they're 35 in. 36 bra is too tight.
I've been doing a lot of research on both herbs, and I'm weighing the option. But, I wonder how they would conflict with my BC? Esp. my skin

Pueraria mirifica or maybe BO would work best with depo since it's high progestin. You may optionally also add on fenugreek: either BO + fenugreek + depo or PM + fenugreek + depo. BO + PM fenugreek + depo is fine too, but a little redundant. Because of the depo you don't need to cycle the PM; you may take it every day if you want.

The reason why is that the way breasts normally grow whenever they grow naturally is from estrogen + progesterone. PM is a strong phytoestrogen. Progestin likewise mimics progesterone. It's not always the same with everyone but some have grown extremely fast and large from depo + PM which makes sense.

Yes there is a risk of acne from any of these 3. May or may not happen. Since you've been on depo for a while that might keep it from happening. Lowering DHT is your best bet for avoiding this, which means saw palmetto extract. 1-2 teaspoons of fish oil is helpful too, but it takes around a couple months to kick in. Before that time it might raise testosterone and make the acne slightly worse.
