HOW have you been! I have been off PM for 2 cycles now.
My cycles have become to long. I just chalk it up to my sluggish thyroid. I do think PM works, it's just not for me.
On a sidenote, since stopping pumping and other herbs for the last 1.5months, my breasts have deflated some, lol. Not a big deal. I was DD and now Im back at a full D.

My areolas have significantly lightened. Not a whole lot of flow from lack of pumping.
I will be hormone testing again. I am a bit slimmer these days, I also prefer it.
I encourage those who have pumped for the last year or so to stop and see where your true size is like jenlove, I think it's important to have a reality check.
