Well. It is a matter of trying and intuition and dedication. Sometimes, it helps to go with what you are drawn to or enjoy. I have found that at different times, different methods have worked for me better than at other times. The mind and feelings evolve and life evolves with it. I really enjoy mustard now, as an adult.
