Thanks for the information! I'm 25 so I'm kind of young? But I have literally no fat except in my lower region so I think herbs may be what I need to get everything jump started. Especially since I used my NB for about 3-4 months and saw little to no progress :-/
Also my cycle has never been consistent, always starting late and randomly lasting longer or shorter, so maybe herbs might even help with that :-/
