I drink water when noogling (which isnt often) but i drink 7-8 glasses a day simply to keep my body flushing out waste as needed. I HATE drinking this much but i force myself too..

normal athletes are recommended 8-12 glasses of 12 ounces meaning.. you should reach 12 glasses each day and then go over a little if you are exercising and working out routinely.
but this has a lot to do with the fact that athletes are consuming high protein diets and the water is much needed otherwise the protein can clog pretty hard.

i think its more to be meant a means to keep your body clean and flowing blood? so u can use that as your basis for how much your body needs.
as soon as you feel dried up or if you feel, sometimes pain xD
start chuggin U.U

I think it would be ideal if you could make water the only thing you drink! (of course that can be a tad unrealistic, seeing as tea is so damn good! ehehe XD) but yeah, I love water, if I didn't get stressed and turn to soda, it would be the only thing I drink! (besides tea)
