I have been following this FAQ for reference--
but I was wondering if anyone could let me know which herbs gave them the best growth? I am looking for herbs that target prolactin &/or progesterone.. seeing as I am estrogen dominant.
But in general, if anyone has any great growth stories on a specific herb, I would love to hear about what worked for you
