Is it better to take maca in powder form or extract , and where can i buy a good one ?

Can't tell exactly which one is the best but from my experience the most importante thing to have in mind with maca is to start from really small doses and gradually increasing. And try to buy some organic maca too, gelatinised it's better for digestion. I do prefer to take it in the morning like 30min before the breakfast, if i take it after meals it interfers with digestion.
