Two years ago I came on here and read many people's programs and successes and started my own program based on GeorgousBlonde's program. I started taking PM, HGH Surge, Best Collagen Types 1 & 3, IGF-1+ Liposomal Spray, and Super Omega 3-6-9 for one week after my period and then fennel, fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto, maca, Best Collagen Types 1 & 3 and Super Omega 3-6-9 for the rest of the month. I also have been putting wild yam cream on my breasts. I started out with PM cream and after using it up and not noticing any difference, I switched to wild yam cream. When I first started two years ago, I wasn't very good at remembering to take these pills, so starting about four months ago, I made sure I didn't forget. I even started a new cream called Boustise Bust Plumping Serum that was $60. I've been using it in addition to everything else for three and a half weeks. I have not noticed a difference at all in my breasts, other than tenderness. I'm still 34AA (although I wear 34A and 34B because they seem to fit better). So no change and I am discouraged. I've read so many other people's success stories about growing an inch or two in a month and I haven't grown at all! I'm about to just give up. It's like these people who are having success are already big busted and so women with big busts just get bigger ones and people with small breasts get nothing. Or maybe people are just lying about the creams to make people buy them. I don't know. But then I read about men even getting breast growth and since I haven't gotten any, it just discourages me even more. What's wrong with me? Am I doomed to spend the rest of my life with itty bitty titties?Huh
I am not big busted (started almost completely flat) and still gained 2 inches so far, so NBE works.

Do you massage? Do you noogle? I think a program based on herbs / creams won't work if you do not massage everyday and use a breast pump at least 2-3x per week.
Most girls take a few months to get an inch. The worst take a year.

Get a hormone test if you can afford it. Boobs absolutely require both estrogen and progesterone, not only one or the other. Nearly every woman has estrogen. So those who already have boobs have progesterone already. Those who are very round are often super high in progesterone so they respond especially well to estrogen herbs. Most herbs only have estrogen so it helps those women, but if you don't have high progesterone you will get nowhere or even be worse off. So get a hormone test. Those with a big butt or thighs and no boobs tend to have high estrogen but no progesterone. Many who are already big tend to grow fast from PM or similar herbs, but many of the rapid results I read from PC started flat.

Sticks tend to have neither hormone or might be underweight which also gets in the way. Testosterone also gets in the way so something to reduce it is sometimes helpful. If you are totally flat and not merely A it could also be a deficiency so eat lots of whole grains, get iodine (kelp or iodized salt), and get some uv light or take 2000 iu vitamin d besides a healthy diet in general.

A basic program is lots of fenugreek or shatavari or goat's rue or wild yam, for saponins, plus an anti-testosterone. Plus an estrogen herb like pueraria mirifica and/or progesterone cream. But both isn't necessarily better. Many flat girls will want to lay off the estrogen herb or use little. Many super round girls with little butt won't want the PC. The stuff in my sig has these at high concentration for the price. I have to tell most small chested girls to go very light on the part A bc it has a lot of PM in it, and to go heavy on the PC. Though again only a hormone test can tell for sure if your progesterone is already high or not.

If you are on birth control you may want to switch to an all progestin based birth control. Low dose is safer even though it does less for nbe. Estrogen herbs are a lot easier and cheaper to get than progesterone cream. And you can only use so much PC without getting drowsy.
Look on the bright side, if nothing ever develops you could join or even start your own IBTC. The Itty Bitty Titty Committee.
why don't you try a very simple programme? sometimes less is more.
I never used to look at supplementation this way but as it was pointed out to me by a naturopath you can take too many supplements and over burden your system.
you could try something really simple like massage/noogle and one herb like fenugreek or goats rue?
do a cleanse in the meantime with milk thistle and start fresh.
or go through all the old programmes and see what others used and try a different approach.
good luck.
