dandelion, all you need to do is buy like.. a bunch of dandelions?

literally its called a bunch xD

and if you have juicer. you pump it in the juicer or blender just.. as itself? you wanna put like 5 in for 12 ounce drink.. and itll blend and shred

naturally - you wan to get the most fresh dandelion and only use the fresh dandelion if you are going to juice

this is just because I am getting my period in a few days LOL I will lose a cm or two very soon Sad the spearmint tea helped them swell like they used to!
& to think they're still not filled up like they used to be Sad

Isnt it weird how bodies are soo different, i mean im a small C and i look nothing like how big you look. Even when i got up to a D i still had nothing on you lol

And yeh im due like today so mine have been a tad bigger but nothing like the half a xup size id go up in the past :s

Me too! in the past I would go up to a whole cup size! my chest would spill out of my D cups! I miss those days XD

The tea really did help ^^ I know your doctor said something different but I just don't know! basically it blocked the male hormones in my body and allowed my female hormones to level out more and take over! so that is why they swelled so good, my estrogen and progesterone were at better peaks without yuckie androgens stopping them and weakening them! I really think it was the tea ^^ I got it at rite aid for 4$ "mint medley, herb tea" ^^ try it! it can't hurt, and it taste good ^^ it shouldnt interfere with your other herbs.

it also has rose hips in it and stuff, really good for nbe!

also, omg! I bought today "palmers coacoa butter" for my skin! it makes my skin SO soft, but I put it on my chest after a shower to massage, and OMG they got fuller! the skin feels tight too! I looked at the bottle, and it has collagen in it along with more skin elasticity helpers! Do you think the collagen in it did something for me? maybe I am lacking collagen o_O what do you think?

what is your bra size now?

Well u convinved me. Il get some spearmint tomoorrow.

And s***t thats a reaction and a half to just cocoa butter! Id trt it too but i hate any sort of parabens etc. Theres a white chocolate chips you can buy and i forget the name.. caco perhaps? Or maybe its white cocoa that supposedly gives you fulless so maybe thats it??

Im 32C now but not full C though :s

Dunno about the collagen but it is good for skin and elasticity so it will help Smile

yay! let me know how you like it/works for you. I hope it does! I noticed it within the first week! Also it was perfect timing for my feminine hormone levels to rise, so give your body a chance to go through that to see if you achieve more swelling-- also it will make your skin look super clear and pretty Big Grin

On the bottle, it says it has no parabens, if you're interested! ^^ I didnt buy it for that reason, I was just looking for a new skin lotion because I love soft skin, funny how that worked lol!

okay with that, my plan!

Chart based off the hormone levels in the body during a womens cycle.

During Days 1-7 [when a woman is on her menses] the hormones are leveled and balanced [for the most part].

Days 8-15 estrogen levels in the body begin to rise

Days 16-22 progesterone levels in the body begin to rise

Days 23-30 hormone levels begin to drop in preparation of the menses

Since my hormones tend to want to fluctuate when they wish and I don't follow a good cycle ATM-- I will have to wing it, since I always seem to know when I ovulate.

These are some of the herbs I'd like to try, to start out with:
BCP-- if my doctor tells me so. I'll use this alone.
removal of my cyst.
finding out whats wrong with my body via cyst, via endocrinologist, my doctor or maybe an herbalist.

my own program if I choose to say fxxk science and go my own way Big Grin

During estrogen (when I seem to notice my chest is at its lowers measurments)
PM,
maca (wont be cycling, probably)

Use palmers coacoa butter with collagen lotion! This is my new favorite lotion for my body and I swear I have never felt so smooth, and my breast get really heavy after I use it to massage them, I am thinking maybe its the vitamin E and collagen? I dont know! but its awesome ^^

You'll want to match the cycle rather than trying to counterbalance it, to avoid disrupting the cycle. Though some people with bad imbalances may counter the peaks a little. Most of those herbs can be used all month because they are too mild or too balancing to affect the cycle much. PM should be matched with estrogen in the cycle since it strongly mimics estrogen, while PC with progesterone. Fenugreek, goat's rue and wild yam are similar and redundant yes, but it doesn't hurt to use multiple. Also note that many successful programs use quite a lot, some directly, and some because they used multiple and it all adds up. Often 1 to 2 tablespoons. They are not for prolactin only; rather they seem to adapt to all hormones and tend to be balancing even in large amounts. PM, flax and alfalfa are phytoestrogens so they're a bit redundant too, and instead of adding the others tend to get in the way of the stronger PM. Flax oil also provides ALA fatty acids and if you make sure it has no added lignans then the phytoestrogens in it may be minimal. Whole flax seeds always have lignans. MSM is redundant with gelatin. MSM builds collagen, so you need less, around 3,000 mg. Gelatin *is* collagen so you need way more. Thus MSM is easier.

Also note that most BCP is high estrogen, even if it has a little progestin. That means even more phytoestrogens may not be a good idea.

Most of the herbs listed may also be used topically. PM is an exception because when it goes to the liver first it gets converted into a stronger form. So PM may still be used topically, but it is weaker this way.
I like the insulin suggestions.
Il try tart cherries which have melatonin so bonus! And cinnamon which has great healing properties anyway and my fenugreek. Plus the change in food habits hopefully have good insulin levels again Smile oh yeh stinking exercise (blahhh)
