Hi Everyone,

I've been taking 2 (1400mg) Flax seed oil capsules a day for a few months, I added 1 capsule of pureria mirifica about a month ago and started taking 1 fenugreek capsule as well about a week ago, I also do massages and exercises and trying to eat more meat but i haven't been seeing any growth, my breasts only feel firmer and have some more definition due to the exercises but i still can't fill my bra.

I was thinking of taking saw palmetto but when i went to the store the bottle said it's not meant for use by women, is this true?

Any advice on this? maybe i should change the herbs im taking? i'm scared to increase my dosages or take more herbs on top of this because i don't want to overload my body with estrogens and i don't have health insurance to check my hormone balance.

no its not just for men, but I know SP is used for prostate health- it wont harm you taking it.. ive heard the same things about maca root. that it's for men who have low libido but women take it all of the time, it has helped me out a lot too..

also, what mg are you taking of your herbs?

you might be targeting the wrong things your body needs to grow more breast tissue, if you're working on your estrogen, maybe you need to be working on your progesterone.
