For anyone who is really knowledgable on this stuff- if I'm noticing symptoms of estrogen dominance while taking pm or fenugreek (fatigue, headaches, anxiety, etc) would buying some progesterone cream help decrease these symptoms? Or should I stop taking it all together? Thanks so much for any insight!!
