Hello everyone!

I'm probably going about everything horribly wrong for my program.

PM twice a day, fenugreek three times a day, saw palmetto once a day, shatavari twice a day.

I went from a 30" bust to 31" bust in two and a half weeks, and 31" hips to 32" hips. My waist measurement has remained the same, but the shape of my stomach has changed and become softer looking, with curves instead of going straight down. I have noticed that my muscle tone is not as hard as it once was. I'm afraid of complete muscle tone loss.

I do not like how widely spaced my breasts are, and how the volume tends to go develop underneath instead of on the top of the breast. All of my bras are 34A's which I don't think are helpful at all. I have purchased a 28C from The Little Bra company and I'm hoping that helps! I wonder if I'll always have shallow breasts. Sad

Why are you wearing A-cups???? They're MUCH bigger than that!!!! I especially like the second picture!! They're BEAUTIFUL!!!! 3rd picture looks pretty nice, too!

I'm glad to hear you like the second picture! I think they look so flat and deflated when I lay down on my back. >.< I really really wish I could get more volume!

Is fenugreek bad to take with PM? I hear some people say combine it, and some people who say it conflicts. I also have been taking it three times a day since the bottle says you can take it up to 3 times a day.

I'm wondering if I should just start running and working out to keep muscle tone and still take PM twice a day, or if I should only take it once a day.

I'm not sure if I want to cycle the PM.

Most often, when lying on your back, the girls DO tend to look flatter, but that's because of gravity! Yours looked thinnest in the first picture when you had your arms over your head.
Very true about looking thinnest. I'm the worst at figuring out selfie angles XD

Hi BoardGames (that's cute),

FG and PM usually aren't conflicting, taking FG and Shatavari simultaneously are basically the same thing, both are adaptogens and are taken for increase in progesterone and prolactin, you'll also get a slight jump in total T and DHT from FG. So I'd consider dropping either the FG or Shatavari, it's you're choice. Question, how long are you taking the PM for?, it's only recommended to take PM during the first 15 days of your cycle, then adding PC to the latter (luteal) to hold that grow acquired from the first half is beneficial. You could be losing muscle tone from the increase in body (subcutaneous) fat from PM mimicking E2.

Btw, don't beat yourself up, you look "Marvelous", so many girls would love to have what you have!!. Be happy! Wink you have some great potential there.

Is the start of my cycle the first day of my period?

I definitely think that taking PM every day has been over kill! In fact, I wanted results so badly that I was taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night. Sad

How can I chart my cycle so I know when my luteal stage is?
