Seeing that I kind of OD'd on PM, should I skip it for a month in order to get back to my regular musculature? Or just wait until my period starts?

Also, I'm going to be adding moderate cardio twice a day to my program to avoid loss of muscle tone, + lots and lots of squats + leg exercises every other day! I will also be doing daily ab and oblique exercises to maintain a defined waistline. So I'll also keep updates on that.

Ha, no worries, i was j/k. Although cycling NBE herbs is very beneficial for a numbers of reasons, one of the biggest is to have a healthy estrogen metabolism, the fact that it coincides with your cycle is probably coincidental.
