I just ordered my NB and started using it. My problem is that when I start pumping my nipples and boobs gets purpleish almost instant that the cups hold. I can't even feel the suction and they are chancing color. I use oils and lotions first when I massage and then start pumping. I have read that you should stop if you see purple and thats what I do, but I can't noogle at all with this pace. I am really pale and when I say pale I mean white. Can that be the reason? Purpleness goes off immeadely I take the cups off not when I release the pressure only when I take them off.
Is it safe me to noogle or what should I do? I don't feel any pain while noogling. Thanks for the help.
I look purple/red when I noogle. Like you, I wouldn't be able to noogle if I didn't allow my skin to take on a purple hue. I've only had a problem if I suction too hard, too fast and cause little burst capillaries. If you aren't causing pain, I personally think you are doing fine.

Sounds like your paleness just makes them turn purple faster than someone with a darker skin tone... Id keep going and over time your body will get used to the pumping ... as long as your not bruising and the purple fades away you aren't doing any damage..
The bloodflow will make it a reddish purple. But that is just blood. If you hold it for too long or pump too hard, that is when you will have real issues.
Sounds to me you're flooding the capillaries with blood which really shows with your pale skin.
But as Jennifer said, you don't want to overpump and rupture the capillaries, that gives you bruising.
Be very very careful, if you feel too much pull its too high pressure.
