I think it's very optimistic! 1 cup size in ten months sounds like a more achievable result for many. However, as long as you are consistent and have a healthy weight/ diet, there's no reason why you can't gain two cups sizes in 10 ten months
It's possible to gain one cup size in a month or so. I think the first cup is the easiest (for many) it's gaining more than that that seems to take tons of work. Just my opinion.
Oh, and cup size is relative. I am actually just talking about 1 inch or the equivelant in fullness/roundness gains.
