Hi, I'm currently new to breast enhancement. I'm a 34b and extremely upset with my size. I just started taking PM 2 weeks ago 1 in the morning and 1 at night. (500mgs) I also have been taking SP as well 2 capsules 900mg each. I've been getting slight nipple itching and maybe a few pains not often every now and then but I've noticed no change so far. I was wondering how long should I wait go see results and if anyone has any personal advice to give. It'd be well appreciated. Thank you!!! Smile
Hi,
Saw Palmetto might work for firmness, but it might account for weight loss there.

Try adding Fennel, Asparagus (root), Hops, and Fenugreek, because these have evidence of growing healthy breast tissue.

Red Reishi and Pygeum are good for lowering DHT, which inhibits growth.
White Peony is good for converting testosterone in to estrogen. Eating enough to gain a small amount of weight helps, so that certain phytohormones can distribute fat and other nutrients to the breasts, for building healthy (glandular, fatty, and ligneous) tissue.

Use an adaptation like Maca, Indian Ginseng, Siberian Ginseng, Panax Ginseng, or Schizandra for pms or menstruation symptoms.

There are two herbs that can be used topically and Cannot be taken internally, which are lavender and tea tree oil.
It can take 3 months to see an effect.

I'd choose Reishi to replace SP as the 5-AR inhibitor, since Reishi doesn't mess with female hormones and has the nice side effects of immune enhancement and lifespan extension.

Fenugreek is a popular companion to PM since it raises several hormones and shifts estrogen metabolism to the C-2 pathway.

Fennel, asparagus, or hops could be used for prolactin if you're not taking fenugreek. Their phytoestrogens are redundant if you're taking PM.

Maca would be the first adaptogen to try for dealing with hormonal side effects, since the others listed affect neurotransmitters. For example, panax and Siberian ginseng make me feel terrible since they lower dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine release.
