Hello. I just got my PM in the mail and I'm super nervous/excited to take it. Everyone on here is so knowledgable about hormones and various herbs and I'm not. I'm going to take it and see what happens. I have read some bad things about it so that's why I think I'm nervous but I've also read a lot of good things too. Every body is different. I don't have a doctor or insurance or else I would get my hormones checked. Anyway, I hope I have a good experience with it and if not than at least I'll know one more thing about my body. When should I begin taking PM in my cycle. That stuff has always confused me. Should I take it before my period or after? Or can I just start tomorrow? Thank you in advance. I'm pretty ignorant to NBE and just learning about the herbal route.

Hey! I am new to PM too, I havent started it yet but I want to, I hear really good things about it -- as far as hormones go, I heard it can be tricky but I do think its worth a shot seeing as everyone's body is different. You can always stop taking it and im sure everything will return to normal.

anyways, I heard you cycle it by taking it from period start. Thats what I plan on doing as well when I start mine.
