I was wondering if white peony was ok to use in biological females because I see that most of the people on BN that use it are males.Should I cycle both of them along with hops? When is the best time in the cycle to take WP and spearmint tea?
White peony tea can be taken any time.
Try to avoid spearmint 2 weeks after menstruation. It raises LH, and causes a lot of release of eggs.

Save spearmint tea to use for swelling, and if a period is very late. You could also use it during menstruation, provided there is more progestogens and prolactin than estrogen.
Thanks for answering.Ill be sure to take spearmint tea during my Follicular phase and white peony during my luteal phase.
Wow. This is very helpful information. Thanks!
you're welcome.

I was saying to avoid spearmint closet to ovulation, because raising LH causes more eggs to be released. Spearmint tea perhaps is a negligible amount. Raising LH towards the end of Follicular phase, closet to ovulation, might be a problem. For hormone balance, raising LH raises estrogens, which lowers prolactin and progestogens. Spearmint may be helpful during swelling to create more growth. When there's swelling, you may want to raise all three hormones in a balanced way for results. Raising LH and FSH cause menstruation to start (it causes contractions).

But if you are taking BCP could you take spearmint ?
If you're trying to prevent pregnancy, it'd be best to avoid it. A small amount from tea might be ok. I don't know how effective spearmint is, but if it is enough to cause vaginal contractions it is being effective. Limit spearmint to tea, or drop sizes; and avoid before and during ovulation. If you don't want to get pregnant, don't use spearmint.
