Really tempted to try fat brushing technique possibly so not only on my breast but on my ass too lol But i have a question about it on the breasts to do with the shape of the breasts.

I have what i'd call more wide set boobs (i dont have much fat in middle of my rib cage)the breasts have alot of heaviness at the bottom near the nipple which is lower down and i barely have any fat on the upper section of my breasts which gives them a slight appearance of drooping. Now if i began the fat brushing technique by chiyomilk how does the fat distribute? I am worried i will be brushing it into the bottom of my breast where it is already heavy and i want to be able to make the cleavage area fuller aswell as top parts of my breast? Would adapting it slightly to push the fat to the middle of my chest be a better idea? Im just not sure and dont want to make the shape of my breasts worse. If the bottom of my breasts get heavier they will definately droop more and i dont want that Sad
Mine are smaller than A cup and by massaging and brushing it did cause a little of that what you explain, sadly. :-( They filled up a little only at the bottom...
But I heard chest exercises and special massage above them helps.
Oh, and be careful with bras, they can cause that too.
Oh darn, didnt it look right ? ok i may not try that then unless someone can give an alternative, im tempted to push all my belly to my butt then lol What is the massage for upper breast fullness if i might ask?
To make the top of your breasts more full, brush the fat from your armpit directly to the top part of your breasts. Hope this helps Smile
Yes, I've been focusing on my tricep/armpit fat almost exclusively, but be careful not to rub too hard, my wrist hurt me for a week & a half and it just got better this morning, so my massaging has slowed down a lot.
Oh no lol i dont have any fat in my arms or armpit Sad It's all on my belly.
I've been brushing my belly straight up through the middle of my boobs and then over the top. I also do my sides, back, armpits and triceps over to my boobs.

I do my inner thighs back and up to my butt.
