Decided to start a fresh thread, since my program changed.
Here is an update on my program.
Swanson supplements:
Raw ovarian 250mg
Raw adrenal 350mg
Raw pituitary 80mg
Kelp 225mcg
Fish collagen 500mg
Chicken collagen 500mg
MSM 1500mg

Mini pill (low dose progestin)

I pump an hour at a time (15:5) 1-2 times a day
I wear fullips 1 hour a day (5:5)
I use kegal weights 1 hour a day when I'm not on my period
corset train 1-2 hours a day tightening laces every 30min
Massage breasts between pumping and when I wake up and before bed.
25 wall pushups, 75 squats, 50 windmills, & lots of stretching
2 Days (non consecutive) a week I fast until diner and only consume approx. 500 calories.
my diet is high protein, fruit, veggie, & dairy. Low sugar and carbs.
I usually drink 1-4 beers a night. (Tsk tsk, but they are light beers)
I get 8 hours of sleep each night.

yes, it seems like a lot of time but I usually combine activities. Corset and work outs, pumping & lips. kegals & cleaning. etc. It is a lot of dedication, but it is definitely paying off.
I also dry brush after I bathe. & Take my supplements with a glass of juice, glass of milk and some form of protein either a burger or egg. I take everything at breakfast. I will post a before I started NBE, a before glandular, & a recent.

shouldn't you divide/space it out in incriments through the day? wont it all overload your system all at once?
I guess I just assumed since they are just animal parts I could take them all at once as long as I kept my breakfast small? Now that you asked. I think I'll eventually split them up when I increase my dosage for Kelp, MSM, & chicken collagen. (Take 1/2 am, half PM) I may also add progesterone cream twice a day to replace my mini pill, and thyroid glandular just as an over kill.
I only have 3 more days until I up my dosage and order the other products. Again as a best possible absorption (pure theory right now, I will research this) I'm going to split stuff up. Maybe collagen related stuff in the AM and glandulars before bed since digestion slows at night (maybe I'll absorb more this way?)

Oh I see! Some NBEers are also taking Iodine for the same reasons I think. Thanks for the information Big Grin

Update... I pumped in the dark, watching tv, and left a pile of lovely micro red dots. Oh well, at least they are easy enough to cover up. lol
I increased my MSM, kelp, & chicken collagen. tomorrow I'm going to start talking my glandulars before bed and everything else in the morning... or maybe just double up on everything and take one set in the am and one in the pm. I'll figure it out tomorrow.
I pumped twice yesterday. fell asleep for an hour & a half with my domes on... oops, didn't notice a difference from when I do the 15:5.
I'm going to attempt sleeping in my corset, it can be a hassle wearing it during the day.
No real noticeable changes. update photos and measurements tomorrow.
So no new photo, I look exactly the same.

Under Bust 26.5

Upper Hip 35
Hip/Butt 36.5
Thighs 20.25

Some definite changes. I'll measure again once I hit a month.
I increased my glandulars to twice a day and split my collagens and MSM so whole dose is taken in half AM half PM.
other than my body feeling more awake and changes in scent/taste I haven't noticed anything to do with my breasts. I also have been getting hung over with just three beers. my desire to drink at all is really diminishing. I'm out of beer and have no desire to restock! Smile I love the overall better mood too.
today I am getting progesterone cream and thyroid glandular. is there a certain brand of PC I should look for? How long does a 2oz bottle last?
