does anyone drink herbal blend teas? I just bought some licorice root and it tastes delicious. I know i read it on here as some sort of hormone blocker or adapt-ogen, but it is a light laxative, (not so good when you're at work!) and it has been used to reduce body fat, not something i want!!
SO i just bought "pregnancy tea" which is an herbal blend of raspberry leaf, spearmint, lemongrass, and many others that i recognize from the forums. I hope it'll help as my breasts haven't grown in size for a month.
Does anyone else drink Pregnancy Tea or Mother's Milk tea? Unfortunately i can't find Saw Palmetto or Fenugreek in the store near me and the capsules all have gelatin, which i don't eat. I saw Raspberry Leaf tea but i thought i'd give this a try first.
