Has anyone tried taking PM and fenugreek orally. And topically applying red clover extract. If so what results did you get? I'm new and just looking for ideas and suggestions.

I take FG , PM , FN , WY , SP , shatawari , hops orally . No topical .
PM has been recent addition and have seen some volume since .

I have been doing for over 1.5 yrs . I changed my program few times . Seem to be responding better with PM which started about 3 months ago . Everyone has diffrent growth rate and also response to plan can vary . Read LOTUS's thread has loads of info which will help you .
