My stats:
Height 175cm or 5'9" 22.1% bodyfat based on measurements.
Weight currently 11stone (151 lbs or 69.8kg), I have lost 7 lbs slowly in the past three months)
Full Breast: 40"
Under Bust: 32"
Waist 31.5"
Hip bones: 38"
Butt: " at fullest part (need to find my notes)

350mg Thanyaporn PM
10g Maca Root Powder
1.5g MSM powder total per day
Mulivit & Minerals
2000mg Evening Primrose Oil (1000mg twice per day)
Targeted exercises for waist, bust, butt.
Waist Training to commence.

About Me:
I have breastfed two children, when I went up to 34G after a lot of difficulty finding the right size. I suspect I was a 32 even then, but anyway now I have been 32F for a few years, in May I went up to 32FF but ever since I bought the new bras I have been trying to gradually lose weight (and slowly succeeding) but at the same time I feel rather flattened in the upper breast region and feel I have dropped back down a cup. My midsection feels like it has a very fatty underlayer, which I'm trying to focus on, that and reducing my waist which only reduced .5" since my weightloss began. My hips have slimmed down by 2", which is nice but because my butt has been quite flat for a few years I am trying to lift and add a little volume there so the hips might increase a bit too. *edited to add that I was vegetarian for 11 years, started eating fish in May this year. I'm hoping the extra protein I have more consistently will improve various aspects of my personage Tongue

I am about to embark upon Pueraria Mirifica as my capsules arrived today, my period is due (it was messed up last month due to various factors, started early and now this one is late, but in the grand scheme of things it's probably only just due, but with last night's Full Moon I would really like it to start this evening), so ideally I would like it to begin and then I can start the PM in the morning. I just took the bold move to attempt to bring it on with the use of essential oil and herbal emmenagogues - I took a teaspoonful of ginger with some honey in hot water, then I massaged my abdomen with my tummy oil with the addition of ginger, clary sage and rosemary essential oils. Did a few abdominal exercises. I feel some cramping now, hopefully it has worked!

Program:
I have been on and off using Fennel and Fenugreek seeds which do give me some slight swelling, along with massage. I've stopped them as of yesterday, and I have ordered MSM crystal powder to encourage tissue growth and collagen production and get a lot of vitamin C from foods. I used to take it for my hair and so this will be a bonus too. I take a multivitamins and minerals pill before bed and Evening Primrose Oil twice a day, I might switch it to Starflower (Borage).
I use Argan Oil which I have blended with Fennel, Geranium and Ylang Ylang essential oils on my breasts after bathing. (I use another blend I designed to heal old stretchmarks for my belly, hips and thighs)
I will be taking one PM capsule (Thanyaporn 350mg - 100mg of PM extract) each morning after food, looking forward to the benefits to my skin too and possibly my hair, not many greys yet to worry about but thickening would be nice.
I have built up over the past week to taking 10g Maca Powder in smoothies and hot chocolate drinks each day Smile
I have decided to dig out my steel boned underbust corset and start waist training properly. It is 26" because I bought it when my waist was 30". I used to be smaller waisted, and I would appreciate any advice to reducing this body part Smile
I have been doing squats and attempting to exercise my waist smaller, I have also decided to do bust enhancing exercises to lift the correct underlying pectorals. I'll link any videos I find useful.


Quest:
To have smooth lines, maintain curves, increase butt/hips, reduce waist, increase cupsize.
Start: 40 - 31.5 - 38
First Goal: 42 - 28 - 40

I may add photos later if I am brave!
Starting point.. As shown my flat butt and side view of breast shows they aren't as full as I would prefer. I will probably change my goal to go bigger once it's reached!
Hey, we have similar breasts (I've got a program thread if you want to see them) I've never been pregnant though.

I'll share with you some things that have been working for me.

1) firming moisturisers. Lush's 'lovely jubblies' is good but mamma mio's 'boob tube+' is the absolute best and resulted in the biggest difference in shape

2) massage, (chi rotations, tigerlily, you can look that up in the forums, and chiyomilk's routine too)

3) strength training, specifically bench press and chest flyes, a lot of women say the see a very big difference in the shape of their boobs from training chest, I haven't been doing it long enough to confirm this)

You've probably already looked into lifting weights since you want a rounder bum (which is already cute)

Thank you concordat Smile I really appreciate all that! I'll check out those suggestions, I love the Marilyn stuff! I always admired her figure.
For months I have been doing the massage holding my breasts and actually rotating them as I hold them firmly, it didn't have any adverse effects and made them tingle, but recently I started rubbing over the breasts themselves. It's trial and error I guess!
I decided to add this further pic from last summer which shows my figure better but it's taken with a camera that was on a table below me slightly, it also shows better how my stretchmarks look from two pregnancies..
Damn nice hair!!!! I wish mine would get that long!!

I shaved mine, in protest, in 1989 and only had it trimmed maybe 3 times since then and it's STILL only just barely at the small of my back!! :-( Can I have yours when you're done with it??
Waist length is still long! Smile Sorry but I will be keeping it most likely for ever! Wink

Today I am still waiting for my period to begin.. I have some slight cramping though. I just ate a late breakfast and am wishing I could start my PM. I guess in theory I could start it anyway, since I don't yet plan to cycle it, but it just feels right to wait.

In the meantime I forgot some other things I take daily - porridge with raisins, made with water, to which I add Coconut Oil! Smile
I just did one set of chest and arm exercises with weights, got hungry and stopped. I also did a set of squats and side bends with weights in my hands. I will try to do another set or two soon.
I resisted the urge to weigh myself today, my official weigh in day is Thursday and I measure on the last Thursday of the month, but I often weigh daily just to be sure I haven't gained or if I have I know why, usually a takeaway or rice or high salt meal, and then I relax and eat a chunk of cucumber Tongue
