Hi there.I decided to join and well...*sigh*
I am 19, just starting faculty in a month and guess what?So many weird reactions from everyone new I met because everyone thought I was a child...And my family is blaming me I lost weight and keep telling me to look my self in mirror but I was an A cup even before I lost weight, I actually decided to lose weight because i was storing fat in weird places like stomach, thighs, lovehandles and lower and upper back.
I did it by switching to healthier eating, I quit all junk food, sodas I used to eat at school every day.
So, I had 155 lbs a little less than a year ago, now I have 119lbs and I am 5'7" tall.
I first started with Lchf without calorie restriction diet but it only lasted max 2 months.Lost 6kg and then I switched to semi-Paleo and now I just eat healthy,gluten free,refined sugar free,under 200 carbs a day for sure, 1500-2000 calories a day,avoiding dairy because it gives me acne, keratosis pilaris and constipation.I also strictly avoid foods with high glycemic index and only grains I eat are oats.I used to eat a lot of soy and flaxseed on the semi-paleo lol.I quit soy few days ago as it seems was a cause of sore breasts for like 6 months.It also messed with my period.I quit coffee 2 months ago as I was drinking it since puberty.I switched to teas.
I got my first period with 14, second 6 months after and then every 2 months until last 2 years where it was regular monthly, only last period was 3 months late.
No woman in my entire family or even my entire country is small chested, I feel like a freak sometimes...But no one in my family has an ectomorph upperbody like me.My lower body is mesomorph, so I have a big problem here.But when I gain weight I also lose my waist so I am not really a pear.I have wide shoulders but long arms and small wrists.
I should also mention that I tested my hormones last month but I was eating soy occasionaly then so not sure if they will be of any use.Will post later with date of test and date my period started if it maters.I personaly think my progesterone is low and I wish my testosterone was lower.
I don't think i have access to any products here except many natural ones like teas and oils.
Please if anyone has any suggestions or a similar body shape to start with, tell me your secret. :-P
