HELLO Big Grin ! I have been lurking a lot, also tried building a program before with a post, but never actually tried because i was with bcp. but this time, I have stopped bcp for 9 months, did a hormone check, and READY TO ACTUALLY DO IT!!!!!!!!

-22 years old
-163cm height, 137lbs
-34B
-very irregular menstrual cycle

Hormone test result (not sure what phase I was in when testing though...):

DHEAS 5.7 umol/L
FSH 5.5 IU/L
LH 17.5 IU/L
Prolactin 25.7 ug/L
testosterone 2.71 nmol/L
TSH 2.6 mIU/L
Estradiol 225 pmol/L
Progesterone 1.5 nmol/L

*one thing for sure, I am very high in testosterone, mid-low in estradiol and progesterone, good in prolactin

-34 DD (more important one, but no pressure for time, only care & love)
-lose 20 lbs

NBE Program!!! :

Milk thistle to cleanse before starting

Follicular Phase:
Estrogen -Ainterol PM (start with 500 mg)

Luteal Phase:
Progesteron -Source Natural PC cream (start with 20mg)

Everyday:
Lower Testosterone -Doctor's Best saw palmetto (not sure how much to start with if i am too high in testosterone? Should I cycle this?)

Questions:

-How to cycle luteal and follicular phase if I am so irregular, should i follow my own irregular cycle or try to control my cycle with the supplements?

-Should I add anything in my program to regulate my hormones? If so, any recommendation?

-How much saw palmetto dosage should I start with? Should I cycle this?

-Would you recommend white peony for lowering testosterone levels? What product of it would you recommend? Dosage? Should I cycle this?

-Should I add anything to aid my prolactin level? If so, any recommendation?

-Is it ok to add the weight loss supplement which increases my metabolism to all the NBE supplements?

-Would you recommend me to add fenugreek into my program? I am not exactly sure what it is good for though....because I found people saying different things about it??

I've read that a dosage of 160mg once or twice a day is recommended. No need to cycle, but you can if you want to (would be cheaper Tongue)

White peony converts too much testosteron into estrogen. I've never taken it, because my testerone levels are ok, so I can't help you out with that.

Massage helps with prolactin. Maybe fennel helps with that, too. I'd recommend to start massaging.


-Would you recommend me to add fenugreek into my program? I am not exactly sure what it is good for though....because I found people saying different things about it??
I'm currently taking fenugreek (first month) and I've got a growth a growth spurt! Big Grin
But for everyone something different is working great.
It is said that it is for estrogen and progesterone - it highers both.

I would recommend you to start with massage and maca and spearminttea (or saw palmetto). Start slow. You can try other things if you feel that these are not working for you, but you should be careful with any herb.

ya, i feel like NBE is somehow a risky experiment with our bodies....we just gotta start slow! thats why i didnt want to start when i was with bcp, didnt know what would happen! hope you will successfully reach your goal in nbe!

yes i have heard maca helps stabilizing hormones too, but i have also seen people saying they got bigger butt/thigh from that and it also raise the testosterone level?? dont know whether these are correct though... thats why i didnt want to add maca and looking for another herb to stabilize my hormones!

true that i should start slow...i got a little overwhelmed when i was planning to take so many supplements too! i think i want to start with fenugreek(since i got really low estrogen and progesterone levels as well) and saw palmetto and another herb to stabilize hormones! yay cant wait to start now!

wait i dont need to cycle fenugreek right?!
