I always eat brussel sprouts cooked with some spicy chicken gravy and potatoes for the dim in it. The link above has good info on brussel sprouts and dim, it also says not to take too much of it because it can suspress thyroid hormones. But is also has many healthy things in it.. Also caratenoids which i heard Lotus about. Anyhow it says to just take it once or twice a week if cooked,raw cabbage vegetables even less.
