After a discouraging and expensive consultation with a plastic surgeon, I am going to officially start my NBE journey today to naturally correct my breast shape

Here is a brief history:

I went through a period of weight loss during puberty which threw off my body's hormonal balance. After gaining back the weight from 90lbs to 130lbs now, my hormones are sort of stabilizing, so I do not think I will experiment with too many herbs for now until I have a hormonal panel done at the end of August.

I bought the brava two weeks ago, but it is impossible for me to keep on at night, I toss and turn until I wake up panicked in the middle of the night and rip them out of my chest. So what I did today, was to use my noogleberry pump with the more comfortable brava domes for a few hours (yes I have spent way too much money already, but hey if it works...)

I took two goat's rue capsules an hour before pumping, hoping that by then the body had time to digest and deliver the extra prolactin to my breasts being pumped,maybe a bit of wishful thinking.

Then I had a cup of spearmint tea followed by some gentle massage to the breasts.

I think I will keep it simple for a month and see how my menstrual cycle reacts as it is super sensitive right now to hormonal changes.

You can use pueraria mirifica, it helps a lot of woman with irregular hormone levels ;-)

Massage and noogle! Have noticed small changes here and there that are adding up. Plus being hands on with the chest is almost therapeutic, where you are taking initiative and ownership over your body!

Day 2:

Continued with massage and 3hours of noogling. Added a heating pad for 30min before putting on my noogleberry.

I posted a picture of how my breasts look with stimulation after massage or cold temperature. I am fine if they stay like this and don't really care much about the size, just for them to stay in a nice round shape.

I am giving NBE one year to see any result! Hopefully it works!!!
