I've been pumping for well over a month now. I know it's not long but I haven't seen any results at all, not even temporary. I want to gain size and firm up after weight loss and haven't seen any change. I noogle for at least an hour every day.

Am I being impatient?

everybody grows at a different rate. think about it as exercising and building muscle.. ur not gonna see a big difference in muscle growth in a month r u?

also massaging them before pumping seems to help alot.. and using a heating pad
It depends on how much breast tissue you're starting with, as well as your method, and results tend to be very slow to see, but I think 2 months with no noticeable change is probably a sign that you need to pump differently. Everyone seems to have their own favorite method that works for them.

I'm in the pump-and-hold-as-long-as-possible camp myself, and my swelling has gradually increased from 1/3 of my cups to about 1/2 in about 2 months. I can't tell for sure if my breasts have actually grown, or just gotten more stretchy, but I'm pretty sure permanent growth can't be far. The breast tissue must be induced to create more collagen to get more stretchy, and that's collagen that can support more tissue!

Change things up, give your routine another month or two, and see what happens! Smile
I agree with them. Massage for at least 10 min before pumping. And change up your pumping method. Massaging with flaxseed oil has helped me personally. (Adding a heating pad for 10 min after pumping seems to help some people too.)

What method(s) are you using? How long to do hold and break for? How often do you pump?
Thanks for all your replies and advice.

I'm just pumping for an hour+ and holding. I do a short massage before and after, but I suppose I'm a bit lazy with that. I have a fair amount of tissue to work with so I'll keep at it.

I'll try your suggestions and invest in a heating pad.
The first advice I got on the noogleberry forum was to change up the pumping method pretty often. For instance, one day pump for an hour in the morning and at night using the 10:3 method (hold suction for 10 minutes, break for 3 minutes, and repeat for about an hour). The next day, do the 7:2 method. The next do 15:5, the next maybe pump and hold. You don't have to change it DAILY, you can change it up very 2 or 3 days. But adding in another hour session to what you're doing will help.
Thanks Charlie, I'll try and change things up. I have a day off and the house to myself soon, so I'll spend a day finding the best method even if it kills me. Big Grin
