I have been reading up on PM in general and I'm very impressed.
However, given that I had my son less than a year ago and I'm not ready for another one, I'm on birth control pills... kariva (a generic one - combo of ethinyl estrodial and desogestrol).
Here's the mg breakdown for the pills:
days 1-21: 0.15 mg desogestrel, 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol
days 22-23: 0.00 mg of anything!
days 24-28: 0.01 mg ethinyl estradiol, no desogestrel
So, I guess my questions are:
1) does anyone on here take PM while on birth control? specifically, while on the pill?
2) i'm fully prepared to cycle this correctly - 14 or 15 days starting on day 1 of my period - and want to make sure this is status quo for those on birth control
3) am i nuts to consider this? i can't find much about interactions of PM with birth control...

I did more research late yesterday and early today and I found some sites that recommend PM extract/cream on skin... instead of oral. That way the herb goes directly into the goal area and doesn't have to go through bloodstream. What does everybody (anybody?) think?
hoping this is a good option for me.
That's what I'm planning to with my next pack of pills. I also starting taking my BC pill sublingually and the dissolve pretty fast. I had good growth with it this month and I'm hoping to maximize that growth next month

So... does that mean the PM pills are liquid capsules or are you talking about your BCP? I thought PM pills were powder-filled like fenugreek. correct me if i'm wrong :-)

I take my birth control sublingually. PM is powder filled and would take a very long time to dissolve.
Ainterol has PM in liquid form. You could make your own cream with it
thanks! looking on amazon now for cream or extract form of pm... i'll be careful about mg per day as well.
I take Ainterol pills twice a day with soy milk/milk, while on the BC pill. However I don't cycle...of course, I will be taking breaks. I also use the Ainterol spray/cream (more of the spray these days as I'm out of the cream) and i massage for 5-10 minutes morning and night, sometimes I don't have time and only massage during the night or none for the day if it's too sore.
I've only been doing this for 6 weeks but I've seen growth - at least i think I do..(you can see for yourself on my thread). My breasts also fill out my bra's a lot more better so according to my bra's I would've gone up almost half a cup?
And recently I did take up noogleberry, and it helped speed up my progress i think. Excuse my long psot

So, I decided on 100mg only for PM... started yesterday on cycle day 1. I'll let you all know how it goes...
the brand I chose is on amazon... Nature's Answer, 60 capsules. One bottle will last me about 4 months since I'm cycling it.
If I don't see effects I might take 2 a day, but not the first round/month.
