I'm a bio-male with a slender build due to a high metabolism that would like to be overall more feminine and figured my chest would be a good place to start.
I'm looking for suggestions on what kinds of methods that people have gotten good results from that are possible for a broke college student. Sadly, this basically limits my choices to hypnosis files and such, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, but preferably things that I can do/access for free, seeing as I don't have any money that I can spend on things like this at the moment.
