Hello, I am a newbie on NBE, I am 17 years old and well, nobody except you guys know that I am trying to improve my breast size and I'll try to keep it that way (Unless I see that my mother can help me and support me in this long road). Well, I wanted to know if I am doing the right thing, this is what I am doing :
- Listening to Rockmelon, SapienMed, sometimes bustmaxx
- From now on, I'll start eating Flaxseed and Sunflower seed organic cookies (Which, btw, they taste awful ;__; )
- Also if I can, I'll try to get Fenugreek (Only if I can)
I also have to mention that I am not really constant in my NBE program, because of school, but now I am on Winter holidays ( I live in Argentina ), thank you very much for reading :3
