Hi ladies,
I am brand new to this forum, and new to natural breast enhancement for that matter. I've been doing a massaging technique (female deer) for about 2.5 months and taking fenugreek but haven't had much success (sometimes I think they look a little more full but the measuring tape hasn't budged). I have been reading on here that some women have been having good success with the Noogleberry device and I am seriously thinking of buying it. I had some questions though and wondered if anyone who has been using it successfully could help me out a bit.

I currently wear a 34 A bra size, however I don't fill it out amazingly well, but 32 A is too tight. I am 28 inches below my breasts and 31 inches around my breast. Wondering which NB cup size would be best for me (their site suggests a small).

I was also wondering about natural supplements and noogling, what would be good ones to try? Like I said, I've been using Fenugreek without a lot of success.

I guess my last question(s) relates to what techniques people have found to be successful in regard to using the Noogleberry (such as massaging concurrently, heating pads, muscle rub, etc.) Any advice would be so much appreciated! Oh yeah, I've also heard that caffeine can inhibit breast growth, I don't think I drink a lot of caffeine, but I do enjoy my morning coffee. If I had to give it up to get bigger boobies I'd do it in a heartbeat though! So is there truth to this caffeine thing?

Thanks so so much! Smile

Hi and welcome!
By your measurements you aren't a 34 bandsize and I think 32a was too tight because the cup was wrong also in the store it should feel very tight in the band you shouldnt be able to fit more than a finger under you band also you should always start on the loosest hook you should be wearing more like a 28c or no bigger than a bandsize of 30b/c.
This will really help with your nbe to wear a good size the wrong size can distort the shape and even make breasts smaller.
I wouldn't go by bra size go by width of the front of your chest try to measure how wide your breast tissue and choose a size dome with a base diameter of slightly bigger, if your cup is too big its much less of a problem than it being to small the widest cup you can use will give better swelling, I would guess at least a large that's only 5 inches wide not a big size in anyway.
Thanks for your advice Bonita! I actually measured across each breast like you said to do (started from the inner portion across to almost to the point where I couldn't feel soft tissue anymore,) and it was 5 inches across for each breast.

From that measurement would you advise getting the large cups?

Also was wondering, do you recommend getting the original or the contoured cups?

Thanks again!
Yes don't go smaller than your breast width for cups I did at first because Lucy didn't believe I needed xxl that I knew and xl was very painful as it crushed my breast into the dome opening with suction, instead of easily fitting inside to be pumped. Yes the xxl at first were difficult to get suction to stay on they were a bit too big there's a big jump between xl to xxl like 2 in but but I had very flat wide breasts so I mean too big is much better than too small it's easier to get swelling if its a little wide too.
The contoured seem good I never had that option to try I think in the noogleberry forums they are popular reading noogleberry they seem good and she recommends for only b cup plus so you don't have to be big to wear them possibly they would give you a little more growing room than large but still fit well but I haven't tried them.
Estaran muy bien, pero cuando dejas de usarlo vuelves al tamaño original, y luego como te queda el pecho después de andar "estirandolo", mirando hacia los pies, XD!!: (
