Hi everyone this is my first post on NBE forums but I have been researching and checking out other programs for a while now and have finally decided to put a plan into action~ =)

Background info: A few months ago I started taking PM but with no other techniques or supplements. Not wanting to commit to an expensive program and just see what would happen I decided to take just one pill a day of Ainterol PM until the bottle ran out. I've always had erratic periods, sometimes none at all on some months so it is difficult to track when I should cycle PM, so I took it everyday for 3 months or so. During this time I didn’t notice anything too significant, no real growth or growth pains, but interestingly in the days after I stopped taking it I really noticed a difference. My once loose-to-normal fitting bralettes were tight, I felt my breasts were more “jiggly” and had more volume than I had ever noticed before. Even the 2 regular bras I have which are 32A and normally have gaps at the top were looking more filled out. I found myself constantly checking their fullness throughout the day and surprised at what I felt, so I know that something has happened.

I took a break from PM for about a month and a half now while I decided what to do next. I found the chiyumilk thread and decided to do a version of that program outlined below.

My program:

(This time I plan on doing the program 1 month on, one month off to give myself a rest. Maybe milk thistle on the in between months to clear out my system? Any recommendations or modifications to my plan are welcome! )

Brands and unit sizes:
Ainterol PM 500mg ea.
Motherlove Goats Rue 333mg ea.
Now Brand HLA with MSM, 100mg HLA, 900 mg MSM
NeoCell Super Collagen Type 1 & 3 6,600 mg/ scoop
Doctor's Best MSM Powder 1/2 tsp = 2000 mg
Walgreens Brand Multivitamin

Morning Routine
———————
1 Scoop of Collagen in 8 oz OJ on empty stomach
*wait at least 30 min*
1 GR with sip of water
1 PM with sip of water
*wait at least 30 min before eating*

With breakfast I take:
1 multivitamin
1 HLA
1/2 tsp. MSM powder in juice

During the Day
————————
1 GR 15 min before lunch
1 GR 15 min before dinner

Just before Bed
———————
1 PM (after a few weeks I will take 2 at night for a total of 1500mg / day)
1 GR
*wait 15 minutes*
1/4 tsp. MSM powder in juice

Daily after showering: Breast Advance progesterone cream

Total Daily Amounts:
GR: 1332 mg
PM: 1000 mg (eventually 1500)
Collagen: 6,600 mg
MSM: 3,900 mg
HLA: 100 mg
+multivitamin
+PC


**The wait times are based on suggested use instructions for GR, collagen and PM.**


Future additions to the program:
-Massage
- Bone broth supplement. Bone broth for anyone who doesn’t know, is made from cooking down chicken or beef bones to make a nutrient rich broth or stock containing a bunch of good stuff; calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulfur chondroitin, glucosamine, collagen, gelatin and many trace minerals. Once I have enough bones saved up to make it, I plan on drinking 1 cup per day.
-Pectoral exercises w/ weights

My current measurements (didn’t measure before first taking PM… =( )

Hips 37

True starting bra size: 32AA
Height 5'7", weight ~ 115-120 (I dont own a scale)
My ultimate goal would be from AA—>full C cup if I can do it

Today is day 1 of my program. I will try to update with measurements weekly
