Hey gals, I'm just wondering why it is so necessary to cycle PM with your period.

The goal of cycling is to mirror your own natural hormone cycle. That way, you still ovulate and everything like normal (ideally) and cycling with progesterone helps to prevent estrogen dominance/hormone imbalance.

Hi. There is plenty of information on the forum about why PM must be cycled for most biological females. Honestly, it is a great idea. I didn't cycle when I first tried it and I definitely regretted it, as have others. It is strong stuff that really affects the hormones in a major way when used at and beyond certain dosages, usually. Have a read around. I and other posted experiences.
