Hi All, I'm new to this forum. I'm seeking advice for an issue I am having difficulty resolving. When I turned 13, I was put on medication that made me gain a tremendous amount of weight. At 5'4", I was 205 lbs...Lost a lot of weight when Ibwss 16, and was left with extremely saggy boobs, to the point that even my friends made fun of me. I'm now 28, 164 lbs, and suffering major body image issues because I'm still overweight, but held back from losing the last 30 - 40 lbs because my boobs will become totally flat, lifeless piles of empty, shapeless skin
Without considering surgery, do I have any real options that will truly work for an issue like this ? Honesty greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone for your research and knowledge.
Massaging will do wonders for you, itl help fill them and lift them. Check this thread out and I'd say start massaging for the time being till you decide on a program for you, be it herbs, pumping or both. Check out the pumping and personal program sections for better understanding of NBE.
