hi i've been noogling and using p.m. Now for about 2 months i've noticed some swelling which is great but need advice.
when i apply suction to the breast the top of the breast seems to swell more than underneath the nipple do i need to try and centralised the cup more?
also i have a mirena so don't get periods do i still need to cycle the pm with something else? Thanks for the help guys
I have the same problem... one of the things I do is use lubricant in select areas to force more suction on the lower half... by that I mean I don't apply any lube to the upper half of my breast or the dome and use a lot on the lower half... that way when your breast gets sucked in the dome sticks to the skin on top and allows more of the lower breast to be sucked in further.. other wise if you use lube everywhere equally it let's your breast go where ever it wants to till it fills the dome....

That's a big problem with a lot of people... they should make cups in smaller width increments... Do you use the silicone rings? You could buy a medium kanghzu cup with the silicone rings and its a smaller opening than the Noogle medium cup... pretty sure.... check the thread on dome size database for the exact sizes... I've also played around with using a heat gun to change the shape of the dome.... which is an option unless your planning to resell it later.

Sweet! I have tried so many different ways to pump.... most fail miserably ... lol
Yes, I have the same issue. So I have a theory ( could be wrong) - if the top swells and grows, eventually gravity will pull it down in time and you will get the nice roundness under the nipple.
I have also been getting nice swelling on the top and it makes me look like I have nice full natural cleavage.
