Oh, yay haha. I know a LOT of asians do this, but I can't find any english speaking forums where asians talk about it. I'm trying a thai brand right now but the dose is a little low. Like, way low. Like 250mg. I take two but it's still too low. I'm gonna switch to Jarrow's 500mg after I run out. It's hard to tell if skin colour has changed, but it's definitely softer! Have you had much success?

Hi again PInk Table. I was inactive for a long while, wow.
I'm using Relumins and many of my friends say I have lightened 2-3 shades. I cant help but go out in teh sun some days though. So, my arms are still a bit darker than say my tummy or other covered parts of my body.
How's NBE going for you?
