I don't know what's going on with my body these days, but it appears I have lost 1/2 to 1 inch on the bust area. I've been under stress and haven't been eating as much, but my under bust went up 1/2" so I know it's not the weight loss.

I started NBE on 01/13 with noogleberry. I didn't measure or took pictures.

I added PM on 04/13. Tried Greenbush along with PM three months later. Had bad side effects to Greenbush so I got off of that after a month or two. Tried pig placenta with PM for a few months last year. Then just stayed on PM by itself.

Two months ago, I tried a program that was similar to Ceci's. I took PM 500mg once daily during the follicular phase only. Took fenugreek tea and spearmint tea twice a day throughout the cycle. Used PM cream during the follicular phase and PG cream during the luteal phase.

Recently for the last week I started massaging with fenugreek extract since I've read multiple times it could add an inch within a week. Seems like my body wants to go against the grain b/c now I'm nearly an inch smaller and I don't know where I've gone wrong. Oh and the last couple of cycles, my period was very light and lasted for a few days. The last one wasn't hardly a period at all.

I'm getting to desperation now. I've tried everything except BO and nothing to appears to be working. I don't want to give up. Can someone please help me? What else can I do? I need something to start working and working fast so I can be motivated to keep going. And I'm very opposed to implants.

I'm thinking about just returning to PM, again, at full dosage of 500mg twice daily throughout my cycle since I'm on BCP. I mean if PM can work for everyone including males, why can't it work for me? And is Suplife 99 PM that much better? I ran out of Aniterol PM so I was taking some other PM and Thayon something rather PM. Please help me.
When was the last time you had your hormone levels checked? I'd start there.
Stress is something you mentioned and that is probably playing a big role. If you can, for a few weeks, go through your daily nbe routine and treat it like routine and not something that *must* make you bigger, perhaps that will help. Treat it like brushing your teeth... you do that each day, but how often do you freak out that your teeth aren't as clean as they should be? Probably not often!
Well not taking photos has been your problem. I have literally stayed around 32-33" for over a year. It will not budge. Going by that I have not grown. BUT, I take photos, so I see my whole breast has literally lifted and without a doubt has grown. There has been a ton of top growth. Take photos is my point!

My stress is unrelated to NBE. In fact I haven't measures myself in quite awhile. I just thought I'd measure myself since it's near the end of my two months of this current program and I felt as if my breasts did shrink. Before I started NBE, I was tested and all is normal. I asked my md to give me another test but bc I'm now on bcp she wouldn't give me one-citing it won't be accurate anyways.

I didn't take photos to start before noogleberry, but I have since taken photos with starting PM. I just can't post them to share here. Going by pictures, I really do feel that I have lost inches. I really don't know what I did wrong this last program to shrink so much other than doing the female deer massage religiously like 309 rotations each breast twice a day and adding fenugreek.
What side effects did Greenbush give you? What bcp are you on?

I had severe hot flashes at night. Sometimes I would wake up in the morning drenching wet so I had to stop it. As for as Bcp, I'm taking reclipsen bc it has one of the lowest androgen vs estrogen ratios among Bcp.
Do you know if you're at all hypoglycemic?

As far as I know, I'm not. The night sweats pretty much stopped after I stopped taking Greenbush. I took it bc it was suggested by another site as a cheap alternative to what chiyomilk took during her luteal phase. Diabetes does run in my family so I'm on a low gylcemic diet. And I'm gluten free, too, so gaining weight is darn near impossible for me. I've never stopped pumping either. You would think almost 1.5 years later of pumping regularly I'd gain one or two inches. Nope. Nada. Zilch.

Do you go with whole grains or do you avoid grains entirely? Whole grains, bran and germ may be better for preventing diabetes while giving energy. Besides containing many necessary vitamins.
