I have a pair of wide-set breasts. pretty symmetrical. I've added a side pic & a front pic of my breasts. Hope they are able to be shown! Any help/advice would be lovely! Thank you in advice (=

Stats:
I'm 5'2" 135lbs. 22 years old
underbust: 33 inches
around the nipple (standing): 37 1/2 inches
around the nipple (bending 90 degrees): 38 1/2 inches



Menses background:
I began my period when I was 10 years old.
I began the birth control pill when I was 15 years old, due to irregular periods. A gyno said that my eggs released irregularly.. I don't really remember much it was so long ago. I went to other gynos & none of them said the same thing, they didn't really have an explanations for me..

Lifestyle:
I always had a horrible diet: fast food, soda, high sugar, no exercise except p.e. in school; very sedentary. Then when I turned 17 years old, I decided I needed to change my life around. I began eating whole foods, and working out at the gym. I went from 160lbs (at age 15-16) to 113lbs (at age 18-19) I didn't like my body either way, so i gained weight again, the healthy way. and Im currently at 135 (21-22yrs.)


Breasts:
I was a B cup at age 9, a C cup at age 11, and a D/DD from age 13 to 17. When I changed my lifestyle, I went down to a C. and I am currently a full 34C. most likely a small D because I overfill my C bras. My goal is a full 32D maybe full DD. (I miss them!! but i don't miss being overweight & unhealthy!)

Birth control:
I started bc at 15 years old, stopped it at 20, started it again at 21, and now I am off of bc once again. I think that most likely screwed things up, even though I had an irregular period since I was 10, until i started bc at 15 (about 5 years I had an irregular period, i'd get my period twice a month, skip 1-3 months, etc). btw, my bc started out as high Estrogen, but i was getting really bad cramps, boob pain, and horrible PMS, so my gyno lowered the estrogen (all symptoms went away, including breast swelling).

HORMONES:
i don't have the money or insurance to get a hormone test done. but from the free online test that dr. Lee has, it looks like I'm estrogen dominant.. I have symptoms of all the imbalances, but most are from E Dominant.

Program:
I started taking Pueraria Mirifica, saw palmetto, maca root, and multivitamins, along with massaging flax seed oil in my breasts 3x a day. I noticed my period got weird even on bc. so i stopped pm, and ran out of sp & mr and didn't buy anymore. I just continued the flax seed rub before bed (this is when I was 21 around March 2013).
I bought noogleberry and did that for a couple months (end of 2013). then i noticed my nipples started to look funny, so i stopped nb for about 2 months.

CURRENT PROGRAM: (off bc since beginning 2014) I have been taking Fenugreek 610mg every day (since May 2014). I will be done with the bottle in 5 days. i noticed my boobs have gotten heavier. although I have been gaining some weight due to a halt in my exercising routine and not so good on my dieting. also my period is starting to regulate on its own. its not every 28 days, but its around every 30-40days and i notice my symptoms more (boob tenderness, back/ab pain, PMS/mood swings - more than usual LOL) I also take fish oil, multi vitamin, calcium, etc. lots of vitamins!! =] I drink plenty of water (about 1 gallon a day).




So..... if anyone has any advice as to what I should try/do please let me know!!! I want to get my diet & exercise back on track, but i really don't want to lose this growth.. might start noogling again.. but i want to know if i should pair it up with something else/ some other cream/herb.

QUESTIONS:
1. I don't know whether I can gain growth solely on noogling..anyone know???

2. Is there any lotions/herbs/etc. that help bring the boobs closer together??

3. Has anyone had any similar experiences/situations??

4. Does anyone have an idea as to what my hormones are like with the info I've provided? (obviously Its just a guess..but still lol)

5. I understand that bodies aren't perfect and maybe its impossible to have your hormones perfectly balanced. But i'm wondering if anyone knows.. say my hormones are balanced, is it then genetically determined the size/shape? I'm assuming when I was going through puberty at 10 years old, my hormones were very imbalanced, which could be genetics and/or my lifestyle. but if my hormones were balanced, & i had a healthy lifestyle, would be boobs still have been small? (I'm moms boobs are DD but she's overweight, & so is my grandmother, cousins & aunts -both on mom & dad sides).


ANY advice would be greatly appreciated.

How did you take pueraria? Its important to cycle where you only take feom the firat day of period for 10-14 days so you don't mess up periods you could use a natural progesterone cream for the rest of cycle it could help balance.
Noogleberry should help a lot with shape and fullness also .
Your breasts look good you should easily gain back the size you had.

At first i didn't cycle the PM & I noticed my period changes. then i researched more and cycled it from the first day of my period until day 15. total of 15 days to take PM. i still noticed my period was off balance.. I'm sure that was because i stopped my bc for one, and didn't cycle the PM the first time around.

so you think I should start PM from the first day to day 15 like i did before? & then day 16 until I get my period again use the progesterone cream? do you recommend a certain cream?

I wouldn't take PM for 15 days, this might interfere with ovulation (in case you ovulate on day 14). Better take it until cycle day 12 only and like Bonita said you could take PC in luteal phase.

How long do you massage?

Agreed I take for 12 days so 2 days before ovulation you can use a menstration cycle calendar app to estimate cycle length and time of ovulation I also use it to keep track of day I start and finish pm.
Do you fit in 32 bands now? Are you planning to lose weight? Because that's the only way I know of to go down in band size.

Okay, so starting my next period (because I'm finishing up with my Fenugreek, & I just ended my period & don't have PC) I will take PM Day 1 - 12 of my period, then rub the PC on my breasts until I start my period again.

I used to massage for about 5 minutes. Should I start that again? Have you, or anyone you know see some improvement/growth with massage?

Okay, will do for 12 days, thanks once again! =]]
I also use an app to keep track of the estimated cycle length. So far its on point. SO i will definitely use it to keep track of my progress/program as well.

I do, but they're a little tight and leave a read mark. I am planning on losing some fat. I have gone back to working out at the gym, and eating whole foods. Thank you =D

I would say massage is very important. I massage twice a day for at least 10 minutes. I know other girls who grew with massage only. Smile
