I've been using Noogleberry for a week now, and my boobs don't swell or even turn red after taking off the domes once I'm done Noogling. Today's session was 30 minutes of pump and hold, and nothing.

Am I doing this right?

Mine aren't red either once i take the domes off! Idk, maybe try drinking more water? massaging every 10 mins or so? pumping more gently or harder?
Mine don't necessarily get red.... sometimes they turn blue! lol... but personally I attribute swelling to having the room to inflate... if your breasts touch the sides of the domes then there is no room to swell.... and they are actually being compressed... only the area that is exposed to the negative air pressure will expand and eventually grow... imho...
I think it took a couple weeks before I actually noticed swelling, and the 7:2 method with a heating pad during the 2 really made a huge difference.

Mine turn purple (I have light, sensitive skin and stretch marks), but it only lasts for a couple seconds after the domes are off and I massage them.

I pump them up and hold for about 7 minutes, then release. During the 2ish minute release I use a heating pad on them and/or massage. Then, repeat.

Thanks a million! I'll give this a try!
I didn't get much swelling at ALL in the beginning. It actually took months for me to finally get good swelling.

1. Drink plenty of water over several hours before pumping
2. Use a heat pack! Makes a big difference
3. Try using a muscle rub cream, that also made a huge difference for me!! The muscle rub thread http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=15019&highlight=muscle+rub

Thanks so much for your suggestions! I've got the muscle rub on now so we'll see how this goes!
