I still love sweets, too; fighting so hard not to eat them! But chocolate gets me every time. I've taken to using agave nectar when I sweeten things, which is a little healthier than using sugar (plus it tastes better).

Ditto to honey but shaiteeee its expensive!
I brought manuka honey with umf10 and it was $29 for a tiny tub of it.
My country produces alot of honey but its still pricey!

Hey beautiful girls!
Have any of you tried stevia or xylitol? I use both when I'm doing a strict eating plan because neither is metabolized like sugar in the body, both taste sweet, and they are plant derived (stevia is from a leaf and xylitol is from coconut husks). Most Asian grocery stores have xylitol blends, usually cut with raw or brown sugar, and as for stevia, I found the best tasting brand is Truvia Both will also bake/cook just like sugar, the only difference is that xylitol has a higher melting point than cane sugar, so if you are making something like a caramel you will have to make slight adjustments, but otherwise - no problem!

Yes I am using both, Xylitol (made from birch, not coconut) and also Stevia. I bake with it.
