I read somewhere that applying heat after noogling reduces the swelling than what about cold ? i mean what if i wash my breasts with cold icy water?

well, I'm relatively new to this, and this forum, but my understanding is that you want the swelling.

The swelling increases collagen production for better skin/support tissue, and the blood flow inherent of swollen breast provides a hormone boost.

Unless i'm misunderstanding your question..?

Cold tends to cut down on swelling, too (that's why they recommend putting bags of frozen peas on injuries, to cut down on the swelling). If you're going to wash after noogling, warm water is best.
