I was wondering if it was better to infuse Pueraria Mirifica in oil or vinegar , but am worried the vinegar may decrease fat tissues any help ?

olive or avocado oil is good for extracting the fat soluble chemicals of a plant. Drinkable alcohol also can extract fat soluble ingredients of a plant. I don't know if miroestrol or deoxymiroestrol is water or fat soluble. You can find out if the active ingredient is soluble in water or oil by testing if each works. Alternatively, if the unwanted ingredients are not soluble in the form that the active ingredient is, it could reduce the effects from those. Vodka can absorb both fat and water solubles. Heat from making a tea extract could reduce the active chemicals, but usually there is enough because the herb is used in large supply. I haven't heard of a vinegar infusion.
