I have done some photos yesterday and compared with others I made two months ago..
At first, I was absolutely disappointed..My breast looks exactly the same.. however ..My old bras feel little, and the measurements showed some gain (but..It depends on how you put the meter around your ribcage results may vary)
Fortunately I took some notes about my weight..
end of february 54,8 kg (I was taking fenugreek pills)
21 of may 52 (having stopped pills since the first half of march)


Before summer I don't know why, but I have ever lost some weight and the first part of my body to get smaller was my breast!!
NBE works!!! Just make sure to get some notes on your weight too!!

21 May bust 84 underbust 74,5/75 nearly 3 Kg less

Yay!! Did you take Fenugreek seeds or supplements? I'm envious haha, losing weight is hard for me and it comes off of random places, usually my boobs Keep up the great work!

When I lost wheight (before starting NBE) my boobs literally disappeared!! while the first things that increased were thights and bottom!
So, now NBE has proven me to work, and that encourages me further!!
Yes, I've taken supplements : hop and fenugreek pills, but I have stopped after a month and a half for two reasons: I have noticed a little spotting in the middle of my menstrual cycle due to estrogens..maybe, I don't know..and also, I wanted to see what kind of results only massage and hypnosis could give without the help of supplements!
I'm taking also Bach flowers, to help me with mental blockages, that have made me stopping breast growth (and there's a special track in my hypnosis program with that purpose).
I'm tryng to eat healthy, and taking only royal jelly for vitamines!

I am also planning to lose weight by working out and hope my boobs can stay the same, they tend to shrink also, starting Pueraria Mirifica friday. Thanks for sharing, keep it up!

That's fab! You look great. I'm hoping to lose a bit off my waist and thighs, myself. Hopefully I can keep my boobs along the way, like you!
