Hey all! I have been MIA for some time now because my hormones have been so messed up, but I finally had my Mirena inserted so I am back in action! For a while I was using the booby stacked and loved it. However, I bought it at a discount off of here and I am not really wanting to pay full price for it. Not to mention the fact that it had emu fat in it and, well, I don't know how I feel about slathering myself in bird fat.

Anyhoo. My husband and I have gotten into making all-natural soaps and lotions to sell and I have all kinds of neat ingredients lying around and I am really interested in making my own booby batter. The tentative recipe I have in mind is something along the lines of

-coconut oil

-sweet almond oil

-shea butter

- fenugreek oil

- flaxseed oil

- pm extract OR is it possible for me to just bust open a few capsules and apply it or no?

Also, on amazon the fenugreek extract I was looking at was an add-on item and they had a deal in it and wild yam together. Thoughts?

That's a good start. Asparagus and hops have evidence of promoting growth.

Here's a list of anti-androgens http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles...objectonly (since androgens inhibit growth). Spearmint and white peony especially seem really good. Red reishi and green tea reduce dht. Not sure if green tea works for or against it in other ways. From the list, avoid licorice and black cohosh.

Disogenin is the active ingredient of wild yam and fenugreek. Fenugreek is enough to get high amounts. Unless there is something we don't know about, like how much diosgenin wild yam has, or if wild yam has another active ingredient.
